Refund & Cancellation

Thank you for choosing MCQ365 EDUTECH for your exam preparation. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.

1. No Refund Policy

Since www.mcq365.in offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (online MCQ mock tests and analytics), we do not issue refunds once the subscription is activated and access to the premium content is granted.

By making a payment on our platform, you acknowledge that the digital nature of the product makes it exempt from standard return or refund policies.

2. Double Payments

In the event of a technical error where a user is charged twice for the same subscription due to a gateway lag or connectivity issue, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

Users must report such cases to support@mcq365.in within 24 hours of the transaction with valid payment screenshots. Once verified, the refund will be processed via Razorpay and will reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellation

Users can choose not to renew their subscription at the end of their current plan. However, active subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-tenure for a partial refund.

4. Access Issues

If you are unable to access the premium content after a successful payment, please contact us immediately. Our technical team will resolve the access issue within 24-48 working hours.
